Withdraw Invitations: Automatically manage and renew connection requests

Nick Frost

The feature is turned on by default in your settings. It keeps cleaning your invites even if you don't have any Botdog campaign pending!

This feature:

  1. Removes unanswered invitations after a set period (14, 30, or 60 days)
  2. Allows you to re-invite prospects, significantly increasing overall acceptance rates
  3. Helps maintain a clean and active LinkedIn account

Key benefit: By re-inviting prospects who didn't initially connect, you dramatically improve your chances of making connections. Our data shows that many people accept on subsequent invitations, leading to connection rates nearly as high as first-time invites.

How long does it take for LinkedIn invites to be accepted on average? Our study on 16,492 invitations

The graph shows how long it typically takes for invitations to be accepted. This data helps you understand the optimal timing for withdrawing and resending invitations - and helps you understand why we believe 30 days is optimal: by then 99% of the invitations that will eventually be accepted have already been accepted.

The feature is ideal for:

  • Sales professionals aiming to expand their LinkedIn network strategically
  • Recruiters looking to connect with passive candidates who might have missed the initial invite

This approach respects LinkedIn's best practices while maximizing your networking potential.
